Leaked Case Points to Design Tweaks for the Google Pixel 11 Pro XL

Google tends to make the Pixel family official around August if past launches are anything to go by. We’re still months away from that, but a case supposedly made for the Pixel 11 Pro XL has already surfaced online. Whether this is actually based on the phone’s real dimensions or just a case manufacturer trying to grab early attention is anyone’s guess probably the latter, which is why we’re skipping the brand name here.

That said, if the case is genuine and based on accurate specs, a couple of things are worth noting. The camera island appears to sit much flatter against the body than on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. That protruding camera bump has been a thing for a while now, so a slimmer profile there would be noticeable. Hard to say whether Google is achieving that by making the phone itself thicker or through some other internal rearrangement there’s not enough information to tell from a case cutout alone.

The camera bar also appears slightly wider than what we saw on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The shape has shifted, too, it reads more rectangular now and less like the rounded oval Google has been using. Alongside the physical design tweaks, the Pixel 11 Pro XL is expected to pack an under-display infrared camera for secure facial recognition, same as the rest of the Pixel 11 lineup, according to current rumours. We’ll update you when more details come through.
