Xiaomi released the Xiaomi 17 back in September. China only. If you’re anywhere else, you’ve been watching from the sidelines since then, waiting for some kind of international announcement that never came.
January 2026 is what leakers are saying now
A tipster recently floated January 2026 for the global launch. India apparently falls into that same timeframe. No specific day, just the month.
A Geekbench listing showed up
Model number 25113PN0EC appeared on Geekbench not long ago. That naming convention lines up with how Xiaomi typically labels international variants.
The benchmark data shows Android 16, 12GB RAM, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Scores landed at 3,176 single-core and 10,010 multi-core – solid numbers, though benchmarks only tell part of the story.
Specs based on the Chinese version
Assuming the global model mirrors what China received:
- 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED, 120Hz
- Triple 50MP rear cameras
- 50MP selfie camera
- 7,000mAh battery
- 100W wired charging, 50W wireless
Xiaomi hasn’t said anything official
All of this comes from leaks and a benchmark listing. Xiaomi hasn’t announced dates or confirmed the global variant exists. January might be accurate, might not. Wait for actual confirmation before getting too excited.
