Infinix Officially Launches Hot 50i with Impressive Specs and Features.

The Infinix Hot 50i, the most affordable in the Hot 50 series, has really caught my attention. For an entry-level phone, it stands out with a great design, one of the best-looking ones I’ve seen in a while. But Infinix didn’t just stop at looks—they’ve added some solid features, and for those considering a purchase, it’s now available in Pakistan.

What really impressed me is its durability. It has an IP54 rating, meaning it’s splash and dustproof, which isn’t something you see often at this price point. Infinix even claims, backed by TUV SUD testing, that the phone can maintain smooth performance for up to 48 months. I’m guessing that’s due to its lightweight UI and the Helio G81 chip powering it.

Speaking of performance, the 2.0 GHz processor should handle most daily tasks without issue, and they’ve packed in a decent GPU for gaming. The 6 GB of base RAM, plus an extra 6 GB of virtual RAM, paired with 128 GB of storage, offers plenty of room to work with. It’s also running Android 14 right out of the box, which is a nice touch for a budget device.

On the display front, the Hot 50i comes with a 6.7-inch screen that can handle a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. It’s perfect for everyday use, although the 720p resolution might be a downside for some. Personally, I think it’s not a dealbreaker, as it probably won’t be too noticeable in normal use.

The camera setup includes a 48 MP main lens, which should handle both photos and videos fairly well. There’s also an 8 MP front-facing camera for selfies, which is decent for the price. Other features like the side-mounted fingerprint reader, a 5,000mAh battery, and 18W charging speed round out the package nicely.

The Infinix Hot 50i seems like a solid budget option that balances style and function.
