The launch price is Rs 22,999 with Day 1 bank offers
List prices are Rs 24,999 for 6GB/128GB and Rs 27,999 for 8GB/128GB, but the effective Day 1 price on the base model drops to Rs 22,999 once bank offers apply. Colours are Mirage Green, Dive Blue, Silk Glow Purple and Thermo Orange. Sales begin 12 September through Flipkart, the Infinix India site and retail stores. Worth noting for anyone who followed the early leaks: the rumour mill had this at around Rs 19,999, so the real number lands a fair bit higher.
The chip is a Dimensity 7100 with three years of Android updates
Infinix has committed to three Android OS upgrades and five years of security patches, which is a longer promise than the Hot series usually gets. It ships on Android 16 with XOS 16 on top, and storage is UFS 2.2. The phone reached other markets first, launching globally in Nigeria and Kenya on 16 July.
The screen is a 6.76-inch LCD at 144Hz, not AMOLED
Resolution is 2,344 x 1,080, touch sampling runs at 240Hz and brightness peaks at 910 nits in high brightness mode. A 144Hz panel at this price is unusual, but it’s an LCD, and several phones in the same bracket give you AMOLED instead. The 8MP selfie camera sits in a centred punch hole and caps out at 2K video.
The Active Matrix Cube is a light panel on the back, not a camera
This is the part the marketing leans on hardest. It’s a small dot-matrix light display built into the rear camera module that reacts to calls, notifications, charging, gaming and music. The actual cameras are a 50MP Sony IMX882 with f/1.8 and 2x lossless zoom, plus an auxiliary sensor.
The battery is 6,000mAh with 45W charging and an IP68 rating
Infinix quotes roughly 25 minutes to reach 50%. Reverse wired charging runs at 10W and bypass charging is supported. The phone also gets IP68 dust and water resistance, NFC, a side fingerprint reader, a dedicated AI button and a proper microSD slot, which is getting rare at any price. The one obvious cut is audio: a single bottom-firing speaker, no stereo pair.
