Apple announced today that it will host an event on September 14. The event is called “California Streaming” and will be pre-recorded like previous events. It will also be streamed on multiple platforms.
We can assume that Apple will announce its next generation iPhone at this September event. It is likely to be called the iPhone 13. Despite Apple missing the deadline for last year’s production problems, it seems that things are on track for 2021.
Although not much is known about the new iPhones, there is one persistent rumor: a high refresh rate display. This is likely to be exclusive to the Pro models. It is also possible to expect typical improvements such as a faster chipet and a better camera.

It is also possible to speculate that Apple will launch an updated version its Apple Watch. Last year’s sixth generation model was launched in September with features such as ECG and blood oxygen sensor. A cheaper SE version was also available.
Apple will likely provide firm release dates for all of its operating systems including iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and watchOS 8.
There is always the possibility that new Mac models will be announced. This is especially true given the imminent release of the next generation M1 chipset. The September events tend to be focused on the iPhone and Apple Watch.
