Dcode has introduced its new Cygnal 4 smartphone in Pakistan, following last year’s Cygnal 3 lineup. Priced at an affordable Rs 25,999, the Cygnal 4 is aimed at users looking for a budget-friendly device with decent features. It comes with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a few modern touches, making it a compelling choice in its segment.
The design is straightforward but appealing. The phone features a flat chassis with a premium dual-texture finish—glossy at the top and frosted matte at the bottom. You can choose from four color options: Sunset Orange, Irish Purple, Sapphire Blue, and Arctic White. The volume buttons and fingerprint scanner are conveniently placed on the right side for easy access.

PERFORMANCE:
On the front, the Cygnal 4 sports a 6.74-inch IPS display with a 720p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The bezels are reasonably slim, with a slightly thicker chin, and there’s a notch at the top for the selfie camera. The screen quality is decent for the price, and the higher refresh rate adds a smooth feel to basic interactions.
For selfies and Face Unlock, there’s an 8MP front-facing camera housed in the notch. On the back, you’ll find a triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP AI main sensor and two auxiliary lenses. The primary camera delivers decent shots for its price range, making it suitable for casual photography.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core processor—though Dcode hasn’t disclosed the exact model. It’s paired with 4GB of physical RAM and 6GB of extended memory to keep multitasking manageable. The 128GB internal storage should suffice for most users, and if you need more space, the device supports up to 1TB of expandable storage via an SD card.
The Dcode Cygnal 4 offers good value for those seeking a budget smartphone with decent performance, a solid camera, and a stylish design. At Rs 25,999, it’s an accessible choice for everyday use.
