Samsung is continuing to stand behind the security of its users by rolling out the August 2023 update to security across its high-end and mid-tier smartphone range. Samsung’s Galaxy A34 5G joins the ranks of the latest phone of this important update using the latest software, running the A346MUBS3AWH1 firmware, available to users from Latin American countries.
While Samsung has categorized it as minor but the impact of the update isn’t minimal. The focus is on enhancing the security of Galaxy A34, August 2023 security patch fixes up to 74 vulnerabilities discovered in the previous version of the software.
While it refrains from introducing new features or performance enhancements, its primary goal is to fortify the shield against potential threats. The wait is over for those wielding the Galaxy A34 5G in Latin American nations. However, users from other regions will have to wait before the update reaches their devices, including Pakistan.
If the update is made it is available and installed, when it is available, the Samsung 5G mobile will send out a message to begin the update automatically. Customers can also get the update manually by going to the Settings > Software update menu. There, the simple click of “Download then install” will activate the protective shield.
Samsung initially launched the Galaxy A34 5G earlier this year, unveiling a device fueled by Android 13 straight out of the box. Anticipation looms on the horizon, as the phone is now due to receive the Android 14-based One UI 6 update later this year. Samsung promises the Galaxy A34 with four major Android OS updates and an impressive five years of Patch-security support.
