OnePlus 12 Receives Global Stable Android 15 Upgrade

OnePlus has wasted no time getting the stable release of OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, out for the OnePlus 12. It’s surprising how quickly they’ve moved from the open beta to the full stable version, making it available a week ahead of schedule.

The update is rolling out globally in phases. Depending on where you’re located, you’ll get different versions: Indian devices have build CPH2573_15.0.0.206(EX01), North American models get CPH2583_15.0.0.205(EX01), and European devices are on CPH2581_15.0.0.204(EX01).

The changelog is loaded with new features. Some highlights include a revamped graphics engine for smoother visuals, consistent swipe gestures across all apps, a refreshed Home screen with updated icons, more theme options, new gestures for floating windows, resizable Split View windows, and separate Quick Settings and notification panels.

One thing missing, though, is the AI-related features. OnePlus has explained that these tools aren’t quite ready, as they wanted to prioritize the main release. They’ll be adding AI functionality in a later update by the end of the month.
