Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G Review

We’ve had the Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G for a few weeks and have put it through rigorous testing. You might be wondering about the Pro+ model, which is actually the highest-spec model in the series. Let’s clarify

    Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G Specifications

This global smartphone version has ‘Snapdragon’ in its name, but that’s just for clarity. The actual market designation doesn’t include it. The good news is that this confusion is limited to global markets, and the model you get depends on where you live.

    Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G Design

The Reno6 Pro 5G has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is slightly lower than most competitors. It’s powered by last year’s flagship Snapdragon 870 chip, which is still very capable. You get 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is plenty for most users.

    Oppo Reno6 Pro 5G Display

The cameras are also impressive. The triple rear camera setup has a 50MP main sensor, a 2x telephoto lens, and a 16MP ultrawide lens. The selfie camera is 32MP, and the camera system is almost identical to the Find X3 Pro flagship.

The 4,500mAh battery should last a while, and the 65W fast charger is quick. You also get stereo speakers, but no IP rating, which is a bit disappointing at this price point (EUR800).
