Realme 14 Pro and Realme 14 Pro+ feature a thermochromic design.

Realme has officially unveiled its latest additions to the smartphone lineup, the 14 Pro+ and 14 Pro. While detailed specs are still under wraps, the company did reveal some standout features and showcased their designs, which bring a fresh twist to smartphone aesthetics.

The highlight of the 14 Pro+ is its cold-sensitive color-changing back panel, a concept developed in collaboration with Valeur Designers. Unlike previous color-changing tech that reacts to sunlight, this panel changes color when exposed to temperatures below 16°C. The Pearl White variant transforms into a vibrant blue under such conditions, making each device feel unique thanks to a special fusion fiber design involving over 30 steps of craftsmanship.

The 14 Pro+ also boasts a triple camera setup on the back, while the 14 Pro sticks with dual shooters. Realme introduced a new MagicGlow triple-flash system to enhance night-time portrait photography, adding more functionality to its camera game.

During the event in Copenhagen, Realme revealed the 14 Pro+ will have a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio and a remarkably thin 1.6mm bezel. It’s also built to last, with IP68 and IP69 certifications and TUV Rheinland ruggedness approval, ensuring durability against drops and water exposure.

Under the hood, the 14 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, paired with Realme UI 6.0 for a smooth software experience. Unlike the regular 14 Pro, the Pro+ will feature a quad-curved display and a periscope telephoto camera, pushing the boundaries of what Realme phones can offer.
