Realme has added two new phones to its Narzo series, the Narzo 80 Pro and Narzo 80x, designed for people who want good performance without spending too much. Both have big batteries, solid processors, and smooth screens. With these launches, Realme is focusing on offering great features at affordable prices.
Realme Narzo 80 Pro
Among the two, the Narzo 80 Pro stands out as the higher-end variant. It features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. What sets it apart is the claimed peak brightness of 4,500 nits—an unusually high number even for AMOLED panels in this segment.

Under the hood, it runs on the newly released MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset. The phone is one of the first to feature this SoC, giving it a performance edge. It comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, although there is no option for expandable storage via SD card.
The camera setup on the Narzo 80 Pro includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilization and a secondary depth sensor. The front has a 16MP camera for selfies. The device draws power from a 6,000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging. Durability is a clear focus here, with the phone carrying IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water. Pricing for the base 8/128GB version starts at approximately $230 (around PKR 65,000).

Realme Narzo 80x
The Narzo 80x shares the same screen size but shifts to a flat IPS LCD display. It offers a 6.7-inch FHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits. While not as vivid as AMOLED, the IPS display is capable and fits well within the phone’s pricing range.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset, also new but positioned in the entry-level category. The phone is available in configurations of 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM at a higher price point.
The rear cameras include a 50MP OV50D sensor and a 2MP portrait lens. Details on the front camera were not disclosed at launch. The Narzo 80x carries the same 6,000mAh battery as its sibling but supports slightly slower 45W fast charging. Like the Pro model, it also comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The base model is priced around $162 (approximately PKR 45,000).

Overall, both devices offer a combination of performance, battery life, and durability, making them solid choices in the midrange and budget segments.
