The Redmi Note 14 series is finally making its way to Pakistan, and it’s happening soon. Xiaomi announced the launch on their official website on the same day they unveiled the Redmi Note 14 5G and Note 14 4G globally. It’s pretty clear from the official microsite that the Redmi Note 14 Pro will be part of the lineup, thanks to the mention of a 200 MP camera. We’re also expecting the Note 14 4G to be available in Pakistan when the series launches on January 15.
Xiaomi’s Pakistani website now features a countdown along with some key highlights, with the 200 MP AI camera front and center. This is the standout feature of the global Redmi Note 14 Pro, so it’s safe to assume it will be part of the launch. The site also hints at the possible release of Redmi Buds 6 Pro and Redmi Watch 5 alongside the phones.
Let’s talk about the Note 14 Pro (global model). Experience vibrant visuals on the 6.67” AMOLED screen, boasting a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and immersive Dolby Vision. The peak brightness is an impressive 3000 nits. The camera setup includes a 200 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro lens, while the front houses a 20 MP selfie camera. It’s powered by the Dimensity 7300 Ultra chip, which allows for 4K/30FPS recording. The phone also comes with WiFi 6, an under-display fingerprint sensor, a 5110 mAh battery, and 45W charging. Plus, it’s IP68 rated, so it’s water and dust resistant.
Now, about the Redmi Note 14 4G. It’s a more budget-friendly option but still packs a punch.Driven by the powerful Helio G99 processor, this device boasts a stunning 6.67” flat AMOLED display with lightning-fast 120Hz refresh rate and crisp FHD+ resolution. The brightness tops out at 1800 nits, which is still quite impressive.
The Note 14 4G has a slightly larger battery at 5500 mAh but charges slower with a 33W input. It cuts back on the camera setup with a 108 MP (OIS) main sensor, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro lens. The front camera remains the same as the Pro, with a 20 MP sensor.
While we’re still waiting on the exact prices for the Pakistani market, the global prices give us a rough idea. The Note 14 4G starts at around €200 (~PKR 57,000) for the 6/128GB variant, while the Note 14 Pro starts at about €287 (~PKR 82,000) for the 8/128GB model.
