Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 14 Pro series this week, and the date is finally set for September 26. These new phones promise improved durability and a robust design, which is something to look forward to.
The lineup includes the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+, and they’ll come with slightly different designs. The Pro model will feature a colored camera island, while the Pro+ will have a back glass. It’s always interesting to see how Xiaomi differentiates its devices, even within the same series.
Durability seems to be a big focus this time. Both phones are IP68 and IP69K certified, meaning they can handle water immersion, jet sprays, dust, and even extreme temperatures. On top of that, Xiaomi confirmed the use of Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for the display, which should add an extra layer of protection.
With the launch just a few days away, I’m curious to see what other features Xiaomi will tease. There’s still plenty we don’t know, like details about the chipset, cameras, or battery specs. It’ll be interesting to see how the Redmi Note 14 Pro series stands out in an increasingly competitive mid-range market.
