Vivo Y29 4G Launches in Bangladesh, Pakistan Launch Expected Soon

Vivo Y29 made its global debut in December as a 5G device with Dimensity 6300, and at the time, a Pakistani launch seemed unlikely. However, things have changed. The Vivo Y29 4G unexpectedly appeared in Bangladesh, indicating an imminent arrival in Pakistan.

If Vivo expands the Y29 4G to more regions, Pakistan will likely be one of the markets receiving it soon. Since official specs are already out, we get an early look at what this device has to offer.

    Design & Display

The 4G variant brings a refreshed design with a larger camera island at the back. Available in Noble Brown and Elegant White, it features a matte rear panel with glossy side rails, giving it a premium feel.

At the front, it sports a 6.68-inch HD+ (720p) IPS display. While the resolution isn’t the sharpest, 1000 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate help improve the experience.

    Durability & Build

This is an IP64-rated phone, meaning it’s dustproof and water-resistant. Additionally, the MIL-STD-810H certification ensures a shockproof chassis, marketed as an Anti-drop Armor Design.

    Performance & Battery

The Y29 4G ships with Android 15 x FunTouch OS 15. It has a Snapdragon 685 processor clocked at 2.8GHz, paired with 6GB-8GB RAM and 128GB-256GB storage. The battery is a massive 6500mAh with 44W fast charging, offering a strong battery backup.

    Camera Setup

The rear cameras include a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor, while the front camera is 8 MP. It also supports AI photography features.

    Other Features & Pricing

Despite lacking NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack, it includes dual speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The official starting price is $165 (~PKR 46,000).

    Vivo-Y29-4G

With its big battery, modern software, and durable build, the Vivo Y29 4G could be a solid mid-range option once it reaches Pakistan. We’ll keep an eye out for further updates on its official launch.
