Colors That Catch the Eye

A new leak dropped some pics of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 in three shades: Jet Black, Blue Shadow, and Coral Red. The Jet Black feels like a throwback to the Z Flip 6’s Crafted Black, while Blue Shadow’s a darker twist on that light blue we saw before. Coral Red didn’t show up in the shots, but the Android Headlines crew reckon it’s coming. Some colors might only hit Samsung’s site, which could be a nice little perk for online shoppers.
A Fresh Design Vibe

This year’s Z Flip 7 is getting a proper makeover. The cover screen now stretches right across the top, with the cameras tucked into it—pretty slick move. Leaks say it’s bumped up from 3.4 inches to a full 4-inch super AMOLED. The corners look sharper in the renders, and the phone feels a bit wider, more like a regular handset. The Jet Black version doesn’t stray too far from the Z Flip 6, but that Blue Shadow really pops in the pics.
Bigger Screen, Better Build
Inside, the main screen’s jumping to 6.85 inches and widening to 7.52mm, up from the Z Flip 6’s 6.7-inch, 71.9mm body. Thinner bezels and a tweaked hinge should cut down that crease in the middle. The battery’s getting a lift to 4300mAh from 4000mAh, though charging’s still stuck at 15W wirelessly—no speed boost there. Bit of a letdown, but the extra juice might help.
Power and Camera Talk
Samsung’s swapping in an Exynos 2500 chip for this one—a Deca-core beast—paired with 256GB or 512GB storage. Cameras stay familiar with a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP selfie lens. Should snap some solid shots. The launch’s pegged for early July, so it’s not far off as of today, June 23. We’ll get the full story when it drops.
Quick Take
The Z Flip 7’s shaping up with a bigger screen and cool colors, but that no-charging-upgrade thing might bug some folks. The new chip could make it zippy, and the design feels fresh. Once it’s out, we’ll know if it’s worth the hype—stay tuned, mate!
