After a long wait, the next-generation Galaxy A phones for Pakistani markets are now available. recently, the company officially made the Galaxy A33, A23 & A13 available in Pakistan. The company claims that the devices are well-specified and can compete with many options from Chinese makers.
The Galaxy A23 5G and A33 5G are available in the domestic market with 90Hz screens, an FHD+ resolution, four rear cameras, and mid-range processors. They were launched about three months after the global launch.
Samsung Galaxy A33
Galaxy A33 5G features a 6.4-inch SuperAMOLED screen with a 1080P resolution. It refreshes at 90Hz and uses Gorilla Glass 5 for extra toughness. The display’s U-shaped notch is integrated into the display. Inside, a 13MP selfie camera is embedded. A thin bezel covers it.
On the rear, you’ll find a quad-lens setup consisting of 48MP OIS wide, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP portrait, and 5MP macro sensors. The battery can be charged with a 25W rapid charger and a 5000mAh battery. The Exynos 1280 handles all the numbers, with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage that can be expanded via a microSD.
The Android 12, IP67-rated against dust and water, and an in-display fingerprint sensor round it off. You can select from Black, Blue, Peach, and White colors. The new mid-ranger comes in a single 8GB+128GB variant carrying an extremely high price tag of Rs. 71,500.
Samsung Galaxy A23
The Galaxy A23 shares a nearly identical design with the A33. The only difference is the V-shaped notch cutout that blends into the Galaxy A23 screen instead of the U. Infinity-V is a 6.6-inch TFT LCD with a 1080P resolution and toughened with Gorilla Glass. Modern handsets have better viewing angles but lack proper contrast and consistency. An 8MP selfie lens is available in the V-cut notch.
The Galaxy A23 has a Snapdragon 680 4G chipset and 5000 mAh battery power. The charging speed is the same 25W standard. I also find an embedded 3.5mm audio connector in the frame.
You can choose from muted black, white, blue, and peach colors. Samsung Galaxy A23 comes in a single 6GB + 128GB variant and is now available nationwide, starting at Rs. 48,500.
Samsung Galaxy A13
Its Galaxy A13 is a simple phone with a decent list of specs, with a focus on battery and display. This phone has an Exynos 850 chipset inside. The display is quite good, even for a budget. It’s not the most impressive specs – the display is a 6.6-inch 1080p PLS LCD with an uninspiring refresh rate. However, it’s vibrant viv,id, and clear. It could even be considered an entry-level OLED under certain circumstances. The price of the Galaxy A13 is Rs. 35,4999.
