Today, Motorola unveiled the Edge 50 Neo to the world and also announced the global rollout of the Edge 50. Let’s look at the newcomer first.

Motorola has officially unveiled the Motorola Edge 50 Neo, a compact yet powerful addition to its Edge series, alongside the global launch of the Motorola Edge 50. The Edge 50 Neo combines high-end features and a sleek design, designed for users who prefer a smaller, more portable device without sacrificing performance.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo boasts a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and vibrant colors. Powered by a Snapdragon 7-series chipset, it offers ample performance for everyday tasks, gaming, and multimedia. The device also includes a dual-camera setup on the rear, featuring a 50MP main sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide lens, promising sharp and detailed photos. A 32MP front camera caters to selfie enthusiasts.

One of the standout features of the Edge 50 Neo is its slim and lightweight design, making it one of the most compact phones in Motorola’s lineup. Despite its size, it includes a 4,200mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, ensuring that users can stay connected throughout the day.

Meanwhile, the Motorola Edge 50, now available globally, offers a slightly larger 6.7-inch display and is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, delivering top-tier performance. The Edge 50 also comes equipped with a triple-camera setup, featuring a 108MP main sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor, along with a 5,000mAh battery that supports wireless charging.

Both devices run on Motorola’s near-stock Android experience, ensuring a clean and user-friendly interface. With the global release of the Edge 50 and the introduction of the Edge 50 Neo, Motorola continues to strengthen its position in the competitive smartphone market, offering options that cater to different user preferences. Pricing and availability may vary by region, with more details expected to be announced soon.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo is on sale from today in select European markets, starting at €499. The device will also roll out to select markets across Asia, Latin America, and Oceania in the coming months.
