Google Pixel 9a’s full specifications and price revealed through latest leak

The Google Pixel 9a, rumored for a March 2025 launch, already has its specs circulating online. Sources have confirmed it will come with a larger 6.3-inch display—matching the screens on Google’s Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro models.

Under the hood, the Google Pixel 9a is expected to feature Google’s latest Tensor G4 chip, 8GB of RAM, and either 128GB or 256GB of storage. A 5,000 mAh battery will power the device, offering 18W wired and 7.5W wireless charging.

The camera setup is also getting an upgrade. A 48MP Sony IMX787 sensor will serve as the main shooter, paired with a 13MP ultrawide lens, and there’s a 13MP front-facing camera housed in a punch-hole cutout.

As for its build, the Pixel 9a should measure 154.7 x 73.3 x 8.9 mm and weigh about 186 grams. Despite the upgrades, leaks suggest the starting price will remain $499, keeping it in line with the previous model.
