Oppo just launched the Oppo A2, its newest A-series smartphone. Arriving barely two weeks after the Oppo A2X’s introduction, the newly announced gadget shares most of its important specifications with the Oppo A79, which had its Indian debut last week.

The Oppo A2 is comming on Nov 06 with a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with a refresh rate of 90Hz and FHD+ resolution. The back camera now includes an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 50MP primary sensor, while the front-facing camera has been improved to an 8MP sensor. The MediaTek Dimensity 6020 CPU, 12GB RAM, and 256/512GB storage are all included with the Oppo A2. The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery that can be charged at 33W and runs Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 on top. Oppo A2 is IP54 dust and splash resistant.

The Oppo A2, which is priced at CNY 1,600 ($230) for the 12/256GB storage trim, is available in three colours: black, green, and purple. The cost of the 12/512GB model is CNY 1,799 ($245. China’s open sales begin on November 6 of next week.
