OPPO’s Reno 13 and 13 Pro may headline their latest midrange lineup, but did you know they’ve just added two more models to the series? Introducing the OPPO Reno 13F 5G and Reno 13F. These new models are budget-friendly, with some compromises in power and features. Let’s dive into what they offer.

The OPPO Reno 13F 5G is fueled by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip with 5G support. Performance-wise, it’s not far behind its sibling. It comes with LPDDR4X RAM, available in 8 GB or 12 GB options. For storage, you get faster UFS 3.1 with choices ranging from 128 GB to 512 GB.

The display is impressive. Both models sport a 6.67” OLED screen with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and full DCI-P3 and sRGB color coverage. The 1200 nits peak brightness makes for vivid visuals, and the DragonTrail Star 2 Glass offers solid scratch protection.

Durability is a strong suit here. With an IP68/IP69 rating, OPPO even promotes underwater photography, claiming it can handle up to 2 meters of water for 30 minutes. The Reno 13F 5G supports 4K video recording at 30FPS through its 50 MP main camera. It’s backed by an 8 MP ultrawide, a 2 MP macro, and a 32 MP selfie camera. The 5800mAh battery keeps things running, with 45W SuperVOOC charging to top it off quickly. It also features an under-display fingerprint scanner and dual stereo speakers for an enhanced audio experience.

OPPO Reno 13F The Reno 13F sticks to 4G, powered by the Helio G100 chip. It’s limited to 8 GB of RAM with either 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which, while not as fast, is sufficient for everyday tasks. There’s also a microSD slot for extra storage.

Like its 5G counterpart, the Reno 13F has a 6.67” OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the same brightness and color accuracy. It also boasts the same IP68/IP69 rating for water resistance and is protected by DragonTrail Star 2 Glass.

On the camera front, it features a 50 MP main shooter, an 8 MP ultrawide, and a 2 MP macro. The 32 MP front camera handles selfies, but video recording is capped at 1080p, unlike the 4K capability of the 5G model. The battery is the same 5800mAh with 45W charging.

Pricing details for the Reno 13F and Reno 13F 5G haven’t been announced yet, but we can expect more information as the global rollout of the Reno 13 series unfolds.
