The Realme C71 has officially launched in Pakistan, targeting the budget smartphone segment. While it offers some notable features like a 6300mAh battery, 45W fast charging, and a durable design, there are clear compromises throughout the device.
The phone has a 6.67-inch IPS screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, which looks good. However, the visuals fall short due to its basic 720p resolution. Competitors like the Infinix Hot 50 offer a larger 6.78-inch LCD screen with a sharper 1080p resolution, making the Realme C71’s display feel outdated by comparison.

Camera performance is similarly underwhelming. The 5MP front camera struggles to compete with rivals like the Hot 50, which boasts an 8MP selfie sensor. On the rear, the C71 uses a typical 50MP main sensor with an auxiliary lens, a combination commonly seen in many budget phones in 2025.
Under the hood, the C71 runs on the Unisoc T7250 chipset, which falls behind more capable chips like the Helio G100 found in the Hot 50 and other entry-level devices. This results in slower app response times, occasional stutters, and lower efficiency. The experience is further affected by LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC 5.1 storage, both of which lag behind modern standards. The phone operates on Realme UI 6 over Android 15, which can feel heavy for this hardware.

Design-wise, the C71 sticks to a familiar look, resembling the older Realme C75. Despite that, it manages to pack the large battery into a relatively slim 7.79mm chassis, which is commendable.
The battery and charging stand out as strong points. The 6300mAh battery is larger than most competitors in this price range, and the 45W fast charging exceeds the typical 18W to 33W charging speeds offered by others, giving Realme C71 users a notable advantage.
Durability is another highlight. The phone features a military-grade shockproof chassis and comes in Forest Owl and White Swan finishes. It includes a Dynamic Glow Light on the back with seven colors and customizable flash modes for notifications. The device also holds an IP64 rating for water resistance.

On the software side, the C71 includes several AI features such as Google Gemini circle to search, AI Noise Reduction Call 2.0, AI Image Matting, AI Clear Face, and AI Eraser 2.0. Additionally, the speakers provide a 400% audio boost.
The Realme C71 will launch in Pakistan on May 24th. The 6GB+128GB version is priced at Rs. 35,999, and the 8GB+128GB model costs Rs. 39,999.
