As the second-best software supplier support, Samsung regularly releases OTA updates for Galaxy Mobiles. A few days ago, the Korean giant launched the security patch for October for eligible Brazillian, Columbian, and Dominican Samsung Galaxy A32 5Gs, which is in line with the regular A32 4G’s October update globally. Still, it has yet to reach Pakistan for Galaxy A32.

Samsung’s four-year commitment is only valid for phones such as Samsung’s Galaxy A33, which will be officially in 2022. This is not the case with the A32 5G and 4G models, which first launched in 2021. It was originally running Android 11 from the beginning; the phone will be able to compete with the 2023’s Android 13 and OneUI 5 OS upgrade. After that, A32 could be sent some monthly OTAs to the A32.

Moving back to A32 5 G’s overdue October security patch, the device bumps the firmware version to A326BXXS4BVJ1. The latest update secures A32’s vulnerabilities, which are susceptible to dozens of privacy and data breaches. It covers over 50 security fixes, one critical, and 31 high-priority patches guarding call information, the device’s serial number, configuration data, and secure memory content access.

The update is a partial set of bugs or fixes. The latest 4G firmware should be bringing the A32’s Pakistani counterparts. After the update is installed, Paki users will receive an alert to begin the installation. For Samsung’s latest version of smartphones, the procedure is similar:

  • Open your Settings app on your Samsung Galaxy mobile.
  • Click “Software updates.”
  • Click “Download and Install.”

The phone will take care of everything else.
