Android 13 beta for TECNO CAMON 19 PRO (Not to be confused with TECNO CAMON 19); Google officially revealed the Android 13 Beta 2 during the Google I/O 2022, which took place from May 11-12. TECNO, the global leader in innovative technology, announced that the Android 13 beta program will be available in the latest CAMON 19 Pro (5G) version. This will provide superior performance as well as privacy & security for users. TECNO also announced that the Android 12 will be updated on its CAMON 18 series.

Android 13 includes some key optimizations.
- Stricter Notification Permission — Privacy and trust are the core principles of Android products. Android 13 introduces the new runtime permission POST_NOTIFICATIONS – to give users control over which notifications they wish to receive. Apps will need to ask users for notification permissions before they can post notifications.
- Android 13 now supports color vector fonts. The new COLRv1 font format is compact and renders fast at all sizes. For the app, COLRv1 is available starting in Developer Preview 2.
- Convenient text conversion API – Android 13 allows apps call the new API for text conversion. This will make it easier to find what you need faster.
- Upgraded Bluetooth LE Audio – With Low Energy (LE) audio, users would be able to share and broadcast their audio to others, or subscribe to public broadcasts for information, entertainment, and more, while seamlessly switching between different use cases.
