Vivo‘s S20 and S20 Pro are set to launch this month. We learned about the S20’s specs in October, and we now have details about the S20 Pro.
According to Digital Chat Station, the S20 Pro will feature a 6.67-inch quad-curved LTPS OLED display with a resolution of 1260×2800. For cameras, it’s packed with a 50 MP selfie shooter and a rear setup that includes a 50 MP main sensor (Sony IMX921), a 50 MP ultrawide, and the camera setup features a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, powered by Sony’s IMX882 technology.
Powering the S20 Pro is the high-performance MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor. It also includes an optical in-display fingerprint sensor and a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging.
For comparison, the standard S20 will have the same display and selfie camera but will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Interestingly, the S20 is expected to have a larger 6,500 mAh battery, even though it’s just 7.19mm thick and weighs 185.5g.
With these specs, vivo’s S20 lineup seems to focus heavily on design and camera performance. I’ll keep an eye out for more details as the official launch approaches.
