Infinix has confirmed the Hot 70 Pro for India after a month of leaks. The teaser skips specs entirely and spends its time on the back panel, which tells you where the company thinks the selling point is.
The launch falls in the first week of September, with no exact date yet
Infinix has officially confirmed a first week of September arrival, sold through Flipkart and the Infinix India website. Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore called the same window a few days before the company did. Pricing is still unannounced, though leaks put it near ₹19,999.
Four colours are coming, and three of them change appearance on their own
Buyers get Dive Blue, Mirage Green, Silk Glow Purple and Thermo Orange. Thermo Orange shifts colour with temperature. Mirage Green takes on a starry look in low light. Silk Glow Purple changes texture depending on the angle you hold it at. Dive Blue is the plain one, a matte finish that stays put. Infinix calls the whole idea Dynamic Shine Design.
The back also has a small LED display for notifications
Sitting in the camera housing is the Active Matrix Cube, a mini dot matrix panel that lights up for calls, notifications, music, gaming and charging status. It means you can see an alert without flipping the phone over. India is getting this feature for the first time on the Hot 70 Pro.
The specs match the global model launched in July
Expect a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chip, a 6.76-inch 144Hz LCD, 8GB of RAM with 256GB storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 45W charging. The camera is a 50MP Sony IMX882 on the back and an 8MP unit up front. It ships with XOS 16 on top of Android 16 and carries MIL-STD-810H durability certification.
