Nokia recently launched it’s mid line smartphone, the Nokia C31, at the price of Rs. 27,999. When it comes to smartphones, Nokia has a history of offering some of the lowest priced options available in the world. Nokia C21 was already available in October along with C21 Plus, and just as we expected, the entry-level daily driver C31 launched on Dec 27, 2022. Nokia C21 retail price in Pakistan is 19,500. Where as C31 has a price of Rs. 27,999.

While it’s not the best in terms of value-for-money, the Nokia C31’s pricing is acceptable particularly in comparison to other brands. The details of pricing will be discussed in a moment. Let’s look at its specifications for screen size and figures.

The C31 is adorned with the U-shaped notch, as well as it has a 6.75-inch screen, which makes it stand out among other. A standard-sized panel is used to cover the visor. Its display comes with an IPS resolution of 1600 x720, and the phone restricts the refresh rate to 60Hz that is standard for phones of this price. The bars are symmetrical and wrap around the display with ~83.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.

In the brand new Nokia C31, the fingerprint reader is located in a cut-out that is circular at the rear. On the rear, there are three cameras in the slightly raised platform: one of which is a 13MP primary camera as well as a depth sensor that is 2MP as well as a 2MP macro sensor. To take selfies, Nokia’s latest phone sports a 5MP sensor on the in the front. Its skin knocks away finger smudges.

Nokia C31 sports a UNISOC SC9863A1 processor, PowerVR GE8322 GPU, and expandable storage that can be up to 500GB. There are two configurations of memory available with the device: 4+64GB and 4+128GB. The version that was launched in Pakistan limit the memory to 4+64GB. It can boot with Android 12 Standard OS.

Alongside an integrated biometric on the rear phone, it can also store facial maps to make it easier to unlock. The phone’s algorithm is intelligent enough to let users unlock the phone with facial accessories like glasses or masks. Inside the shell is 5050mAh battery, which is connected to the charging kit of 10W.
