Realme has confirmed the global unveiling of its GT 7 series on May 27 at an event in Paris. While the GT 7 Pro has already made appearances in select global markets, this event may finally introduce the standard Realme GT 7 to regions outside China. The announcement also hints at a near-simultaneous launch in Pakistan, with local teasers already going live.
Realme is branding this release with the slogan “Power that Never Stops,” and it seems justified. These will be the first phones to feature a graphene-based IceSense cooling system, a significant upgrade in thermal management. According to Realme, the GT 7 can maintain 120 FPS gaming for six hours straight. The specific game wasn’t named, but if it includes popular titles like Call of Duty, PUBG, or Free Fire, that performance could grab a lot of attention.
Leaks and teasers over the past few weeks have already given a clear look at what to expect. The GT 7 will likely ship with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400e processor, aimed at competing with the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3. Another member of the series, the Realme GT 7T, is expected to be a slightly toned-down version, running on the Dimensity 8400 chipset. Both phones may carry Silicon-Carbon batteries (Si/C) and are expected to support over 80W fast charging. On the camera front, both are rumored to have a 50MP + 8MP rear setup and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
