Xiaomi is preparing to unveil the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro on Thursday, April 24, with the official launch set for this week. The company has already teased the device, confirming that it will maintain a similar design to the non-Pro version, with some minor color variations.

One of the key highlights of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is the inclusion of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which positions the device as one of the first smartphones to feature this advanced processor. The design will remain familiar with a dual-camera setup and a flat panel with slim bezels, maintaining the overall aesthetic of its predecessor.

The standout feature is the impressive battery capacity. The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is expected to house a 7,550mAh battery, making it a significant leap forward compared to the 6,550mAh battery found in the standard Turbo 4. If accurate, this large battery will appeal to users looking for extended performance and longer battery life.

The phone will also include a 50MP primary camera paired with an 8MP secondary lens, along with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1220p. For durability, the device is expected to carry an IP66, IP68, and IP69 certification for water and dust resistance, ensuring it can withstand various environmental conditions.

Pricing details from a China Telecom listing suggest the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will cost CNY 2,099 (around $290/€250). As the official launch approaches, further details about the phone’s full specifications and availability are expected to be announced.
