Vivo’s next release, the V60, is moving quickly through its last pre-launch steps. Just days after the company teased the device in Indonesia, it has cleared the NBTC certification process in Thailand. That approval joins a growing list of green lights from regulators across multiple regions.

NBTC’s database lists the model number as V2511. Other agencies — TDRA in the UAE, SIRIM in Malaysia, IMDA in Singapore, TKDN in Indonesia — have all identified it as the Vivo V60. Europe is on the list too, thanks to a TUV certification. In other words, the rollout won’t be limited to one or two markets; it’s shaping up to be a broad push.
The NBTC listing confirms 5G (NR) support. On the hardware side, Geekbench results point to a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, while TUV documentation shows 90W fast charging. There’s also a hint that this isn’t a brand-new design from scratch. Specifications and early leaks suggest it’s a global variant of the Vivo S30 — a phone that’s already been on shelves in China.

A few days ago, Vivo’s official teaser gave the first proper look at the V60’s design. Unlike the flat profile of the S30, this one adopts a beveled frame with semi-curved edges, making it slimmer in hand and likely more comfortable to hold. Expect a quad-curve OLED display — possibly at 1.5K resolution — and color options that include Auspicious Gold, Moonlit Blue, and Mist Gray.
The launch site’s banner puts the battery capacity at 6,500 mAh. ZEISS branding is present on the camera setup, so image quality will be a major selling point. The one odd choice: it ships with Android 15 at a time when Android 16 is already in circulation.

More official details are expected in the next few days. Given the pace of certifications and teasers, the final reveal shouldn’t be far off.
