The Razr 70 and Razr 70 Ultra from Motorola are both expected soon, probably within weeks. But the base Razr 70 has already had its specs spilled through a TENAA listing in China model number XT2657-2 so we know most of what’s coming before Motorola gets to announce it themselves.
| Razr 60 | Razr 70 (TENAA) | |
|---|---|---|
| Inner Display | 6.9″ OLED | 6.9″ OLED, 1080 × 2640 |
| Cover Display | Smaller panel | 3.63″ OLED, 1056 × 1066 |
| Rear Cameras | 50MP + 13MP ultrawide | 50MP + 50MP (likely telephoto, 3x zoom) |
| Selfie Camera | 32MP | 32MP |
| RAM / Storage | Up to 12GB / 512GB | Up to 18GB / 1TB |
| Battery | ~4,200mAh | ~4,500mAh (dual cell) |
| Thickness | 7.25mm | 7.2mm |
The TENAA filing does not indicate the name of a chipset, this is not unusual, as this listing does not tend to include it. What it has affirmed is the presence of an octa-core processor that runs at 2.75GHz with RAM up to 18GB and internal storage up to 1TB. The highest storage tier of 18GB RAM and 1TB is obviously the best one. The rest of the variants that will hit shelves are likely to be lower than that.
The rear camera arrangement is two 50MP sensors. One of those is almost certainly a telephoto, given that the listing specifically mentions 3x optical zoom an ultrawide wouldn’t produce that. The front camera inside the folding display is 32MP for selfies and video calls.

The fingerprint scanner is located on the side. Battery is a two-cell system that brings the total to approximately 4500mAh. The phone is 7.2mm thick and 188 grams heavy, which keeps it within the same pocket-friendly category that flip phones have been aiming at.
There is no date yet when Motorola can launch the phones, but the Razr 60 ultra was released in April of last year, and thus, next month is the sure choice when the Razr 70 duo will be announced.
