Samsung’s next flagship line has leaked again, this time with the full memory and storage menu. Korean leaker Lanzuk posted the configurations on Naver, citing Weibo and Korean industry sources, and it covers all four phones.
What Each Model Gets
The headline change is at the bottom of the range, where the plain S27 finally starts at 256GB instead of 128GB. That’s the upgrade most buyers will actually feel. Some regions may still get a 128GB S27, so it isn’t dead everywhere.
Why The Pro Looks Odd Here
The Pro is meant to be the smaller Ultra, but it tops out at 12GB of RAM even on the 1TB model, while the Ultra is the only phone in the lineup that goes to 16GB, and only on its 1TB version. Samsung did something similar with the S26 Ultra, where 16GB was reserved for certain markets like China. Buying the most expensive Pro does not get you the most memory.
The Faster Memory Is Not Settled Yet
Lanzuk says Samsung still wants LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage for the Ultra and the Pro, a real jump from the LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 in the S26 Ultra. The catch is that the new standards may only reach the higher tiers, so the cheaper Ultra configurations could ship with the older memory. The S27 and S27+ look set to miss out entirely.
It has also gone back and forth. A leak weeks ago suggested Samsung might drop LPDDR6 for the whole range, then reversed. Nothing here is official, so treat the whole list as a work in progress.
A Chinese certification listing gave up the battery figures: the S27 Pro at 5,200 mAh and the S27 Ultra at 5,700 mAh, both with 60W wired charging. Analysts also expect these component upgrades to push retail prices up, which is the part nobody is going to enjoy.
