This game is developed by our developer ADAM, we were building it in our office studio from last 7 days and it’s finally live. I played it for almost 4 hoursm and it’s just fun; i can’t stop my self.
PLAY HYPACKEL GAME:
KEEP THE HOUSE ALIVE.
Run room to room and fix household problems before they damage the home. Difficulty rises only a little between 10 and 30 points.
Quick Overview Of The Game:
So the premise is stupidly simple and that is exactly why it works. You are one little person in a two floor house, bedroom and bathroom upstairs, living room and kitchen downstairs, and the house keeps breaking. The sink starts leaking. The pan catches fire. Somebody is knocking on the front door while your alarm clock upstairs will not shut up. And all you can do is run, take the stairs, hold the fix button, and pray the next problem waits its turn.
It usually does not wait its turn.
How A Round Actually Plays Out
You play a little guy in a two floor house and things just keep going wrong in it. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a bathroom, downstairs a living room and a kitchen, and the game picks a room, breaks something in it, and puts a timer over the mess. A leaking sink, a pan burning on the stove, an alarm that went off and never stopped. You run over, you hold the fix button, the little wrench comes out, and somewhere in the middle of that the bath upstairs decides it wants attention too.
I kept thinking I had a system. Stay near the stairs, cover both floors, easy. Then someone knocked on the front door while a pipe was freezing in the bathroom and my system fell apart in about four seconds.
What The Timers And Combos Are Doing
Miss a problem and the house takes the hit, your Home Health drops by however nasty that problem was, a stove fire hurts way more than a knock at the door, and at zero the run ends. Fix things quick and you get combo points instead, ×2, then ×3 if you keep the streak going. The ×3 popup says PERFECT FIX and I chased that popup for longer than I want to admit.
The seasons are the part I did not expect to matter. They change as your score goes up and they change what breaks. Winter froze my pipes and killed the heater. A rainy night got the power outlet sparking. Summer overheated the computer and the fridge in the same run, which felt personal because the exact same thing happened in my actual flat last July.
Rush Calls show up later, same problems but with the timer cut short and a red badge on them, and sometimes the game sends two problems at once to opposite corners of the house. That is where most of my runs died.
There is a cat in the living room. It walks around, it naps, it watched the kitchen burn and went back to sleep. I like the cat.
Worth Playing Or Not
Yes. It runs in the browser, it works on a phone with the touch pad, and the difficulty rises gently enough between 10 and 30 points that a new player gets a fair first run instead of a wall. My best score is not good and I am still going back to it, which probably tells you more than the score would.
